Order Processing

We swing into action quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two serving options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every serve to be perfect – including your shopping experience. If your gear isn’t performing up to your standards, our flexible returns policy ensures you can return or exchange items with ease.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Your satisfaction is our match point!

Important: For player safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Socks (all types)
  • Used footwear (including all tennis, running, and pickleball shoes)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered racquets

Simple 3-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

2. Receive Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 48 hours.

3. Ship Your Return

Package items securely with the RMA number visible. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Options

  • Standard Returns: Ship via your preferred carrier (customer pays return shipping)
  • Defective Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for manufacturing defects

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Appearance Time:
    • Credit Cards: 3-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: Within 24 hours of processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.

Exchange Requests

Want to switch to a different grip size or shoe width? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Include your desired replacement item in your initial email.
